Who we are

I’m Grace Tickner-Hinkes, founder of Family Assistant Collective. I have a Master of Education and a Bachelor of Business (HR). With six years teaching and eight years private tutoring, I work closely with families to deliver measurable academic progress.

My husband and I are building our family home on the Central Coast. I value structure and routine for clarity and ease. Outside work I enjoy travel, reading and spending time with my family. I believe good systems create freedom and make homes work better.

Family Assistant Collective combines my education, HR and household organisation experience to offer practical, professional support for busy families and professionals. We help homes and schedules run smoothly so life feels manageable.
